Viva Design Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party fails to comply with these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
